Fast egg diet: fat dried for 11 days

Can I eat a lot of eggs in a day? This question certainly arises in many people, all of us have heard that you can eat 1.2 or 3 eggs - depending on the source of accurate data on the subject is not.

Diet plan:

On the day you will have 5 meals.

In the morning - scrambled eggs 2 eggs and low-fat milk. The choice of additive (new, you can choose every day) which will be cooked omelette:

  • chicken breast fillet (50 grams);
  • tomatoes;
  • pepper;
  • Champignon;

Every day, in addition to basic additives may be added in any omelet greens and 30 grams of cheese.

In addition to the omelet in the morning you need to eat about 200 grams of fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, celery, etc.).

Snack - a protein of boiled eggs, a choice of 1 any fruit.

Dinner - 2 boiled eggs, salad from fresh vegetables with butter or any steamed vegetables without oil - no more than 200 grams (as a salad, and the stewed).

Snack - yogurt, a cup of yogurt, sour milk, or up to 70 grams of cheese. All with a minimal amount of fat.

Dinner - 200 grams of any baked fish with vegetables (100 grams, all suitable non-nutritive vegetables: cabbage, green beans, onions, carrots, peppers, etc.), 1 boiled egg protein.

Be sure to drink at least 1.5 liters of liquid (pure water) and at least 1 cup of green tea without sugar per day.

On average, out of 6 kg per course of diet, a diet is not advisable to repeat more than 1 time in 1.5 months.
