Did you know how to prepare delicate meatballs with a red sauce?

Sometimes you want to diversify your diet, and you need to try something new for themselves. It turned out that we are preparing meatballs rarely, but sometimes all-still want to eat them. Basically, we are preparing the meatballs on white sauceBut this time decided to try a new way of cooking and it has paid off. It get much tastier than white sauce!

To prepare this dish, I need the following ingredients:

  • Pork with fat - 300 grams;
  • Beef - 300 grams;
  • Bulb medium size - 1 pc;
  • Carrot Medium sized -1 unit;
  • rice - 40-60 g;
  • Egg -1 PC;
  • tomato paste;
  • Salt pepper - taste;

Now for the cooking sequence meatballs:

  • Overwound meat minced in a meat grinder in the middle cell;
  • Salt and pepper resulting mince, add to the boiled rice, egg and stir until smooth;
  • Form the meatballs and rolled in flour;
  • Fry beads formed pan for two minutes on each side.
  • For the preparation of frying you must chop the onion and carrot and fry in a separate pan;
  • Add the tomato paste and water and a little put out;
  • Add to the frying meatballs and continue to simmer 45 minutes.

Delicious meatballs ready! As a side dish I like rice or mashed potatoes. Dish cooked in this recipe turns out very juicy and tasty! So I recommend to seasoned meatballs homemade mustard!
