This tasty and juicy buckwheat with vegetables you have not tried!

Today I want to share with you an unusual recipe for cooking a seemingly ordinary side dish, but the output is a wonderful tasty dish!

In order to diversify the daily menu, I wanted to find a fun way to prepare this tasty and healthy side dishes like buckwheat. A proved thus prepared can easily eat buckwheat as a main dish and without meat.

This dish is perfect for those who want to save but at the same time tasty meal. All the ingredients for the recipe are very accessible and does not require large expenditures.

I needed to prepare delicious juicy buckwheat:

  • Unground buckwheat - 350 - 400 g .;
  • One large onion;
  • One carrot;
  • Tomato Paste - 70 gr .;
  • Tomato - 1 -2 pc.
  • Vegetable oil, salt, pepper, bay leaf.

cooking sequence is as follows:

  • Onions and carrots finely chopped and fry in a frying pan;
  • tomatoes cut too small;
ON A NOTE!
If you do not like the peel of the tomato it can be easily separated. It is necessary to place the cold tomatoes in hot water, the pre-notched tomatoes as pictured above. Holding the 10 seconds in hot water, to shift the cold, then peel easily depart.
  • Dilute tomato paste one cup of boiling water;
  • Stir-fried onions, carrots and tomato with buckwheat. Fill dilute add tomato paste and bay leaf, salt and spices. If necessary, add more water;
  • We put on the fire, bring to a boil. Then diminish the heat and simmer until then, until the water boils and buckwheat not absorb moisture.
